Ford Bronco comes with standard 2.3 L Inline four pumping 270 hp and 310 lb-ft of torque while Jeep Wrangler comes with b with 285 horsepower and 260 lb-ft of torque. It took Jeep 2 more cylinders and 1.3 L of displacement capacity to generate 15 horses more than that of Ford and though the torque is still lagging by 50 lb-ft of torque.

But when we put light on the optional engines, the Bronco kills the competition with its twin-turbo 2.7-liter V-6 projected to make 310 horsepower and 410 lb-ft of torque the highest power output when compared to any engine that can be available under Wrangler’s hood. So when it comes to instant torque or wanting to overtake a semi on road, nothing can beat Broncos in its territory.

This is only the half picture of what Bronco’s drive train has to offer! The other half is availability of a traditional seven speed manual gearbox which is sure to burst excitement in those who love old school motoring.
