We’ve summarized our Online Vehicle Sales experience in the following easy steps.
Contact our staff by filling out our Customer Contact Form at the bottom of this page. It will let us know the vehicle you are interested in, the best time to reach you, and contact phone number.
A sales representative will reach out to you at your requested time to discuss your vehicle wants and needs.
For best results, access to a computer is recommended as your sales representative will direct you to the Build & Price tool on the Ford Website.
We will work with you while you are on the website to ensure that you are building the vehicle that best suits your needs.
Once a vehicle is confirmed, we will go over the current sales programs offered from Ford as well as review available in-stock vehicles and incoming units that qualify for the programs.
You will be asked your preferred payment method (cash, finance, or lease) and we will get a Preferred Quote from our Sales Management Team. In most instances, you will be presented with various payment options to best utilize the current programs.
If an agreement is reached, a test drive can be coordinated at the dealership or at home (where available).
Any credit applications can be done securely online with one of our Finance Managers for your credit approval.
Insurance, licencing etc. can be arranged with you on line.
Delivery of the vehicle will take place at the dealership in a secured area designated ONLY for delivery
